Returns Policy

Would you like to return an item?

  1. Register your return with your email and order number in our online portal:
  2. Select items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
  3. Pack items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the delivery note.
  4. Use the return label received during registration (€6 fee deducted from refund for label usage).
  5. Drop off package at your nearest carrier location. Keep the receipt as proof of return.

Note: Budbee returns must be processed through their app. Budbee return instructions.

Policy Details:

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags
  • Exchanges not available – please place a new order for replacement items
  • Defective/wrong items will be replaced with correct items when available
  • Refunds processed within 1-4 business days after warehouse receipt

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original packaging helps ensure smooth processing
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Seasonal items may have different return conditions (see product pages)
